I am
reading a book entitled, "Zilch," which is about how to get more done
with less personnel and less money. It is written by an experienced NPO
organizer.
The book says people generally want to help, which is
good news. One thing I personally found interesting is that people are
more likely to agree to volunteer if they are asked to do a specific
task.
